  • Don’t use many texts. Take advantage of images

Use them more than text for your presentation. Write only keywords that can help you to remember the whole information, and keep in context to everyone.

  • Don’t use small fonts and prepare with time your speech

If you don’t know enough about design, It is ok. But remember that you shouldn’t use fonts too small because people won’t read It. Also, it is a good idea to choose the color for the background and the font in the video or the presentation based on the hour you will present It.

For example, if It is early in the morning or when the sun is shining, It will be better darker colors because the light color will make more difficult the reading.

The opposite happens when the presentation is at night or in a place with low sunlight. Colors like white and light blue will be more appropriate.
